Our Rules and Restrictions
Whippoorwill Lake Family Camping welcomes everyone who enjoys the outdoors with family and friends. This Park is intended for families with good family traditional values. Please respect other campers and the park. Inform your entire group of these rules. Our Park Rules are for the benefit of our guests that agree to the following:
* No Profanity. Please use Family Friendly Language in the Park.
* No Drugs or Excessive Drinking Allowed in the Park.
* Quiet Time is 10 PM. No Music and Loud talking after 10 PM.
* Parents must have children under Full Supervision Especially Near and in the Lake.
* After dark, young people have to return to their campsite. No Roaming Around the Lake.
* No Lifeguard on Duty – Swimming is at Your Own Risk. No Swimming after Dark.
* No Swimming across the Lake. Stay 100 ft away from the Water Fountain.
* No Smoking on the Beach, Swimming Area in the Water, Bath House, Pavilion and the Stage.
* No glass bottles on the beach, swimming area in the water and the swimming dock.
* No alcohol or pets allowed at the beach and the pavilion/stage (roped off) area.
* Pet Beach across the Lake. Be aware of fish hooks and fishing lines...
* No Fishing After Dark. Fish in designated areas only. $100 fishing Fine in No Fishing Zone.
* Pets must be on leash at all times. Do not Leave Pets Un-Attended.
* Do Not Litter. Put trash in the Red Dumpsters at designated areas.
* Small Trash Bag available at the office if needed.
* We collect aluminum cans in designated containers around the park.
* Wood/paper products in Campfire Rings Only. Do not burn aluminum, glass or plastic.
* Take your Clothes Lines Down after use and clean up your area before leaving.
* Park Entry Closes at 6 Pm. Late entry granted in pre-arranged cases only.
* Guests /visitors to campsites Must pay Admission Fee and leave by 9 PM.
* Side by Sides, Golfcarts or Vehicle with Loud Muffler – NO Riding After 10pm til 6am.
* No four- wheelers and dirt bikes in the park.
* Park Not Responsible for any Accidents or Injuries...Camp Safe.
* Check out is at 11Am.
* Tag Deposits will not be refunded if we have to clean your camping area...

WARNING! IF ANYONE IN YOUR GROUP BREAKS THESE RULES YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALY CHARGED A FINE OF ($20 up to $100) or YOUR ENTIRE GROUP MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK. NO REFUNDS.
