You may choose a campsite and really make it your own retreat where you will feel right at home. You will save time and fuel by leaving your camper on your favorite site year around, that way you can be camping within minutes each time without setting up. You will be able to entertain your family and friends knowing you have a great place to spend family time. Value Camping
Our Peak Season is May toSep and the cost is only $250/mo for 30Amp and $265/mo for 50Amp. Most of Our Spots have Full Hook ups that include Electric, Water and Sewer. Phone connection available by contacting AT&T. WI-FI available near the office. During the Peak Season you may leave your camper plugged in so that you may keep your refrigerator on. When you go home we do ask that you turn everything else off in the camper including the AC and outdoor lights.

The seasonal camping is for weekend use or you may substitute for during the weeknights. Weekend night is considered to be a Friday, Saturday and holiday night. Unused nights do not carryover to next month, but don’t worry you will get new ones each month. Depending on the month, on the average this includes about 11 days and nights during the month and you also get an additional Bonus Week which can be used anytime during peak season, all at once or partially throughout the peak season. If you need additional nights during peak season, you may purchase those at a discount at only 15 dollars per night. This rate includes up to two adults, their children and grandchildren 16 and under. Family pets are also included in this price. Other family members and guests please pay regular entrance and camping fees at the check in. For additional frequent friends, family and pets, the 35 dollar Seasonal Passes are Great. All Fishing and Swimming is Included in Seasonal Camping. Off season weather is nice in Oct to April and you may extend your stay for only $175/month. For Full Timers, the rates are $576 Per Month.

Winter Storage Oct-April
You may take your camper home and leave a $100 deposit to save your spot for next year in May. Or like many, you may wish to leave your camper on site for storage for only $ 25 a month. The unit must be fully unhooked from all utilities. During storage mode if you would like to come camping, come on down to the lake, check in at the office first so that we will know who is in the park and pay your regular nightly fees of $27/night.

Site Organization
Please keep your RV and your site Clean and Neat at all times. Keep all non-essential gear stowed away inside of your camper as much as possible or just take them home. For Safety, after use take down all clothes- lines, and do not leave Gas Cans in the Park. ( Please take them home or we have a special Safety Box for fuel that you may store them in, Write your name on the gas can and we will store it for you ). Roll up and secure your canopies when not in use to avoid wind damage. Each time before leaving for home Turn off AC units to avoid extra nightly charges. We recommend turning the water valve to off position in case of a leak. You May Improve and Enlarge your Camping Pad with Management’s Approval. Please, Do not Construct any permanent awnings, porches or attach any kind of skirting around your camper. Durable and Safe Steps are recommended. As a Seasonal Camper you have the Right to Stop Someone from breaking our Park Rules. If you see Rules Broken We Ask that you Let the Office Know ASAP. The Park is Not Responsible for any Personal Items, RV’s or Accidents of any type. The management reserves the right to change information if necessary. Management Resides on Premises Year Around.
